I bought this TV about a month ago for my bedroom. It was an upgrade from a 29” Samsung TV. I love how easy it was to set up my streaming apps with the use of my Apple Tablet. I have a 40” smart TV that is also Samsung downstairs in my living room I really think Samsung makes good products I was just a little bummed that Samsung doesn’t make BluRay Players anymore.

The TV has a software issue, it cannot open websites that require Java Script. Netflix closes itself sometimes, it gives error 500 regarding network connection. When I call Samsun, I receive absolute “No support” from them. Really disappointed with the product and the customer service. I have called the support team 4-5 times, each time it took me an hour and at the end they say we cannot do anything. Your TV cannot open all websites! I will never go with Samsung again….

Love the built in smart TV options....lightning fast! The vivid coloration of the screen alongside the great sound put our previous TV to shame. We got a great deal on this and so far we are thinking this is the best bang for buck unit out there!
