I have now had this fridge for over a month and I love it! The smooth no handle design looks great in the kitchen. The family hub is a great place to share new pictures and leave notes along with family organization. I have had a different Samsung fridge before and the shelf space with this fridge is a definite improvement as I am able to store everything easily.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

1 star for touch screen feature and nice exterior look 0 stars for: interior layout extremely poor design for a family shelves do not adjust can not fit large food or beverage items top shelf is only 6 inches - fits barely anything had to remove a middle shelf to fit milk and taller items 4 doors sounds great until you actually have to use them and get on the floor to get into the freezer uv deodorizing is pointless, for example if you put broccoli, or any ordinary smelly food item the entire refrigerator stinks for days after the food item is used samsung has not been helpful in our request to exchange this inferior item

i bought mine in november 2021 and march 2022, i started having problems with the appliance. four visits from 2 different engineers and companies and they still can't fix it, it's been over a month without a refrigerator and there is still no solution to the problem. customer service is the worst i have ever seen, they keep transferring to different people just to get you off the phone.

i was looking for a counter depth fridge for my condo that i just purchased. i couldn't do the slide out freezer because it would catch my kitchen window. this design is brilliant. 1. each door is small enough to open 2. there are no handles which makes it being against the wall so much easier. 3. there's no ice maker on the left side of the door to hinder how much you can see on the left side 4. opening it at a 90 degree angle is all you need to do everything that you need. 5. it's completely flat which makes opening it to the wall so much easier (if you notice a lot of fridges are domed at the front which does not give you space to open door against the wall. i knocked off one star because it was delivered with one out of the two ice trays.

I love the features it provides! Its smartness helps to keep my refrigerator in motion. It has like a large tablet for music and cooking. I wish there was a tv option. It has a beverage section which I love and a quick grab.

The Samsung refrigerator is both beautiful and amazing. It makes your kitchen stand out and makes you want to purchase other Samsung appliances to match. The beverage center is so convenient and well thought out! Having a pitcher with cold water, that has been filtered and also having 2 different types of ice is genius. You can put your favorite drinks on the side of the beverage center and pop open the door and grab your can of soda, that easy! I would tell anyone just go buy it, you won't regret it! The family hub is a great tool to help plan meals, see your favorite recipes and keep your fridge organized. It is so amazing to be at the store and just take a look on the app to see any items you may be out of or running low so you don't have to make another trip. It also keeps the temperature cold well and keeps your fruits and vegetables fresh longer. It is crazy that a fridge would want to make you cook more, but it truly does, having recipes at your fingertips opens up possibilities. You can also control the different zones, if you wanted more fridge space you can use the bottom right side as well. The water filter helps the taste of the water fresh and even alerts you when it needs to be changed, and all you have to do is order it right from your fridge. Having both Bixby and Alexa voice assistants allows you to use your voice to search for things without having to use hands that may be dirty. I have had 3 friends go purchase this fridge just by seeing mine in my home.

Samsung flex refrigerator has been a game changer for our kitchen. The Family Hub with its very surprising amount of apps has been a delight to use. We were a bit concerned about the space of the fridge but the space is adequate with space to spare. We're telling our family and friends who are in the market for a new kitchen redefining fridge.

Love Samsung, but Samsung customer Service is terrible... My refrigerator was delivered with Dented doors.. It has been 4 months and they still have not been replaced or Serviced.

This fridge is amazing. The looks just set it apart from any other. The Family Hub is such a useful addition. You can get recipes by just using your voice, connect calendar to keep track of your family and even listen to music. It keeps everything so cold and fresh and love the beverage center but I do wish there was ice/water from outside but the simple door to open to access is also great. I know I’ve recommended this to everyone.
