5 Super fast setup, almost no need for a learning cu

Downloading the app took longer than setup. Of the tv. Super fast, user friendly, got this tv specifically to be able to use cineplex.com and play 4k computer games

1 Not good!

TV stopped working properly after 2 days. Could not turn it off without unplugging it and was making some very strange buzzing sounds. Other reviews I have read say this is common with this tv

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

2 Green line popping and fading in my Tv!!

So i bought this a month ago and it was real smooth until this happened. Green line across the screen started to show, I know is just a line! but that's annoying.

1 Terrible HDR settings

I have a lot of problems with the HDR watching Netflix or Disney+, it doesn't work and the TV look horrible (so dark). I hope that you could fix this kind of problem with new updates.

3 55" model, June 2020

I just go this TV a few days ago and I love it. HOWEVER, the picture sometimes flickers and during anything that isn't a still image, the colours act as though they are in negative/high contrast. I have turned off eco mode, turned off the HDMI Arc control and other "common fixes". The only solution is to unplug the TV for 30 secs to one minute and plug it back in. This is my first Samsung TV, and so far not impressed.

2 Freezes and Sound goes off

I have this tv over 2 weeks. It first started ok. Now the sound just goes off. You switch to you tube to watch something and then there is no sound. The video also freezes and then play again. There is something wrong with the HDMI port. I have had to shut the tv down and start again. I have the tv on a Rogers Cable box and the tv sometimes doesn't recognize it. Apart from the above the tv shows well. I am planning to return this tv because of the sound issue and the freezing.

4 Great tv!

I've had this tv for a few months now. For the price I'm very impressed. Colors are vibrant and it works great in dark room. Blacks are sometimes a little too black but I think I just need to make more adjustments to the picture. It's not super high end but so far I'm very satisfied.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

2 Great with bright scenes. Poor for anything else.

I got this TV on July 24, 2020. Design is amazing. Setup was a breeze. I'm good with only 2 HDMI inputs and the "lesser" remote (comparing the TU8000). Bright scenes show up incredibly on this TV. The detail and colour is great for what I'm using this for. I use this TV primarily to stream movies and episodes. I occasionally game too. Where this TV falters is on medium-lit and dark scenes on videos and games. The details in the scene are lost and the colours wash out. When characters move, there are long trails of where the character was in previous frames. During dialogue, the lips look like they are fuzzy or the audio is ahead of the lip movement. It's almost like all dark scenes are like dreams (or nightmares). It really takes away from the viewing experience. If I'm only speaking about bright scenes, there is no doubt that this TV is worth it for me. Great colour and performance overall. However, factoring the effect of the performance for lower-lit and dark scenes, I would recommend taking a look at something that performs better than this product.

3 Good tv, bad remote

User interface is slow because remote sucks. Way worse than my last Samsung smart tv which had the nice slimmer remote.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
