I bought this appliance last month. Within 10 days of installation, I noticed the top nozzle was preventing the top rack from sliding into dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I noticed the top nozzle has two plastic clips that clip into top metal bracket. The clip had broken (see photo), lowering the upper arm nozzle. Poor quality. Parts should not be breaking so quickly on a brand new appliance.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

my old ge (very old) washed better than this glasses dont sparkle. i bought because of all the fancy features....but in the end doesn't to the job right,,,tried cleaning it and everything still not as good as my old washer

we were very happy with this product at first, it was very quiet. but we used it very few times within the year the warranty lasted and mostly on the normal cycle, didn’t even get to try the storm wash cycle. and even though we used it very rarely it stopped working 2 months after the warranty expired. we tried all the troubleshooting techniques we found in the website and you tube, nothing worked. samsung offered to repair at a cost since it is out of warranty but for such a product it’s unfortunate to break so soon.

unless you want to have to use powertools to clean the dishwasher filter, this unit is not for you. my dishes come out filthy unless i hire someone to come out every couple of months to remove the 13 screws necessary to clean the filter. as i am an older widow without a great deal of knowledge on power tools, i'm stuck with a product that costs me more to use than to buy. stay away.

had other samsung products was looking forward to new dishwasher. while it was very quiet and i appreciated this no matter how i loaded it short of washing the dishes before it did not clean. i used all the suggested products, cascade, the rinse products loaded it every which way i still ended up washing dishes!!! i give up and am getting a different product!

I have only run two loads of dishes through my new dishwasher, but I love it! It is quiet, cleans well and big wash tub.

I have been buying Samsung products since 2009. This is my third house with exclusively use of Samsung. No issues, and great product performance.

This dishwasher is ultra quiet, looks great, easy to use and best of all it is so roomy. In my old whirlpool dishwasher I almost always had dishes that wouldn’t fit. In my new Samsung I somehow always have space left over!

Love the dishwasher. It is designed to hold more than my last dishwasher. For example, I can safely add my crystal goblets to the wash. The top flat tray is convenient for oversized utensils.
