I purchased this in May, arrived mid-June, and we love it. It has a great amount of space, love the connect ability to our phone, the 2 sizes of ice cubes, beverage station, just everything. The only problem is that we had to get the panels separately, they don't arrive until Sept. But its ok, I still love it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Our family of 5 is really enjoying this refrigerator. It’s an awesome unit with the modern look which goes very well with our newly renovated kitchen. We love the sleek design and like the idea that we could change the panels. It has plenty of room for our leftovers! Our favorite part is the hidden beverage center and the pitcher is always full with cold water and no need for ice! The ice machine's separate trays for different sized ice is unexpectedly useful and an underrated feature! It’s actually pretty cool. Scooping the ice is better than an ice dispenser that makes so much noise. The ice machine is nearly silent, you don’t hear the ice dropping. The only downside is the freezer; we're not a fan of stacking frozen foods. However, it's still an excellent unit overall. SamsungBespokeRocks!!!

The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is a centerpiece within our home. For now, we opted to match the rest of our appliances, but we love the idea of changing the color with the interchangeable door panels. We also love the fact that it’s clean looking - no bulky handles or pulls. One of our favorite features is the beverage center. It is so helpful to have a full pitcher of water whenever we need it. It’s also a plus to have the extra storage for drinks. At first I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about not having the ice dispenser in the door, but we’ve really come to appreciate it. It’s nice having the extra space in the door and within the top of the refrigerator. Also, it’s very convenient to use the scoop to select the type of ice, cubes or ice bites, we want for our beverages. The top of the refrigerator has plenty of space and storage. We like the flexibility to adjust our shelving with the fridge and also on the doors. The crisper drawers are very deep and have plenty of space for our produce. The fridge does a really good job of cooling and we haven’t noticed any warm spots. We choose to use the pull out drawer for beverages. It’s nice to separate the drawer for seltzer, juices and beer. It is nice to have the flexibility to control the temperature of this drawer and use it for other options if we needed. Lastly, the freezer has deep drawers for lots of storage and functionality. The ice does take up a portion, but we don’t feel we’ve lost any storage from our last refrigerator. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our Bespoke refrigerator and will definitely be swapping out our other appliances for Bespoke products in the near future.

Very pleased overall with my new Samsung Fridge. The fridge has tons of storage space with lots of drawer and bins to easily store all of my refrigerated and frozen foods. The ice machine is great to have in a separate bin and we also really like the water dispenser. Having a separate drawer just for beverages is also very handy with summer coming along. Aesthetically, the fridge is also quite pleasing compared to other refrigerators on the market.

Oh my, one of the best refrigerators I have ever had. Style is out of this world. Love all of the features. And colors are so fun, my husband had a chance to select a color also. Thanks for such a great fridge.

Our family loves the sleek and modern appeal of this Samsung Refrigerator with Beverage Center. What an upgrade from our previous Samsung fridge! We are getting used to no handles that stick out, and it even makes the kitchen floor space seem larger. It is the same sq footage as our previous one, however it feels so incredibly large! We are loving the Beverage Center tucked away behind a shallow door, and who knew my husband would love pouring from the pitcher of filtered water so much! I also love how the water dispenser has a tip that can just pull out to be easily cleaned. When was the last time you cleaned your fridge water spout?! The customizable panels are so cool. I love our white glass panels, however we even purchased some additional colors to try to for a different kitchen vibe! I'm still getting used to the ice drawer in the freezer having an extra step to remove the cover and grab the scoop out to use, but I love the appearance of it!

This stylish fridge is absolutely amazing! It has so much room to store bigger trays of food that I never had before. I can actually keep things on separate shelves instead of having to stack things causing all of my leftovers to get mushed and leak. The design is very sleek. I got white on the upper and lower doors and blue on the middle drawer. It looks amazing. The blue is a little dark and looks almost black, but I am still very pleased with it. The white is not too bright and still has a metallic look to it. The water pitcher and filler behind the door panel is great. Don't have to open the whole fridge just to get water. My old fridge had handles on the doors. This one doesn't and is taking a little getting used to, but that is definitely not a problem. It look

We love our new clean modern looking refrigerator. The panels are changeable to give your refrigerator a new look at any time. The handles are recessed and blends in with the kitchen flawlessly and also gives us more walking room. We chose to go with the stainless-steel panels as the rest of our Samsung appliances are stainless steel and matched our kitchen perfectly. We opted for the refrigerator with the beverage center, which gives us quick access from the front of the fridge behind the panel to filtered water and also a refillable pitcher that can be infused with flavor. Our refrigerator is an extra-large 29 cubic feet that lets us store all of our groceries with ease. It comes with two large crisper draws for storing fruits and vegetables. The iconic twin cooling plus has independent controls for the fridge and freezer. The rear of the fridge has a metal cooling back panel to help maintain consistent temperature throughout the fridge. The dual ice maker is so convenient, which makes cubed ice and mini-ice bites. The ice maker is located in the freezer and it has a scooper that makes it feel like a restaurant-quality product. The flex zone drawer is a plus and a must for us. It has 5 different temperature settings that can go from cold to soft freeze. We use it more for our beverage center storing all the drinks for the household. One of the coolest features is the WIFI connectivity which allows your phone to connect to the refrigerator and control the temperature and settings. Lastly one of the main things we love is the finish of the fridge resists fingerprints compared to normal stainless-steel products.

Pros: FlexZone Drawer – The FlexZone drawer gives us a lot of flexibility on how we can organize the refrigerator to maximize the space. We currently use the FlexZone in Deli mode to free up the upper portion of the refrigerator for larger items. It was a little bit of a challenge to fit everything from our old refrigerator into this one, but we made it work with only having to throw out a few items. Wi-Fi connectivity – Our old refrigerator stopped cooling two times in the last two years. We were always worried the compressor wasn’t going to work again, so we would constantly be checking the temperature on the refrigerator. Now we will simply receive a notification for abnormally high temperature, door opening, AutoFill pitcher overflowing, or water filter replacement. Operation – We’ve had the refrigerator for 3 weeks now and the new refrigerator has been operating without any problems. Design – We love the modern design with the recessed handles. The color customization is a nice option although we stuck with stainless steel to match all of our other appliances in the kitchen. AutoFill Pitcher – The AutoFill pitcher is a neat feature. We still haven’t infused the water with flavors yet, but am looking forward to it in the future. Cons: Noises – The refrigerator makes a lot more noises than our old refrigerator. Mostly it is a popping noise, but the Samsung website says this is normal. Beverage Dispenser Location – You have to open the refrigerator to dispense water or get ice, which is a waste of energy. Luckily its only a small opening in the refrigerator, so the heat loss shouldn’t be too much. Quality Control – One of our top panels has a dent in it. We are still waiting on a response from Samsung, but hopefully they will take care of the issue. No Displays – There are no external displays, which isn’t too big of an issue since you can change the settings in the app. Lack of Ice Dispenser – Having no ice dispenser may take awhile to get used to, but the dual ice maker with cubed ice or Ice Bites is pretty cool. I guess its hopefully less of a mess now since ice won’t fall on the floor or get the water/ice tray messy. Overall: This refrigerator surpasses our expectations and is a great replacement to our old 2009 Samsung refrigerator. I’m loving the Wi-Fi connectivity on our Samsung Washer/Dryer and now the refrigerator. We are getting a Wi-Fi dishwasher soon and planning to upgrade all of our appliances to Samsung Wi-Fi.

This refrigerator is so good looking. Love that I have the option to change the colors and materials of the panels. The sleek design of the fridge with the no handle look. Is my favorite thing about the fridge.I love the flex zone it’s perfect for drinks or deli meats and cheese. Love that the left door has the water and ice hidden behind it just with a push of a button it opens and reveals it. Along with pitcher of water so awesome. This refrigerator is replacing our old 10 year old Samsung.
