What a big mistake! There is not time that I have to clean the dishes by hand after using this machine.

this is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. We have had technicians in regularly to fix it. We have replaced almost everything. The wheels are now broken on the bottom rack. This was probably the last thing that is original

This is the worst dishwasher! I had an LG before moving and worked fine for 7 years. I bought this model in November delivered in Jan 16 installed jan 20 and it stopped working feb 14 . Then i got a exchange for the same one delivered Feb 23rd and today February 25 it stopped working. I will be doing an exchange cause this is horrible!!!

I’ve owned my Samsung dishwasher for a little over two years. I bought it with faith in the brand and positive experiences with other Samsung products I have purchased. Unfortunately, my dishwasher only worked properly for approximately a year and a half before I noticed food residue remaining on the top rack of dishes. I have used afresh tablets and rinse-aid throughout my ownership and even rinse the dishes before we load them into the washer, (even though it claims we don’t have to.). I am also disappointed in the design of the racks, it’s not accommodating to certain bowls and would have preferred more movable pieces.

Seems like Samsung is not ready yet with their line of household appliances. Bought the refigerator LOTS of issues, now the diswasher just stopped working and it's not even been a year. I am extremey disappointed in this purchase.

Doesn't do a good job of cleaning your dishes and when I complained to Samsung in the beginning, they told me that I had to make sure I was using the right soap, and if they have to send out a technician I'd have to pay for it. So they used the scare tactic on me. No matter what I do this dishwasher does not clean good enough to write any kind of good review.

I cant express to you enough not to buy this crunk of junk. Its not worth it, this thing sprinkles my dishes and dirties the cups above it. Half the time the silverware isnt even clean. I 100% regret buying this. I advise you not to even consider this as an option. Ive changed soaps, i made sure the water pressure is good. This thing just sucks

Bought this DW in May of 2017. I have NEVER written a review for a product before, but this DW is HORRIBLE, the worst I've ever used in my entire life (57 years) . The drainage system has malfunctioned multiple times. The dishes basically have to be washed before running the machine, and they pretty much come out dirtier than when they were put in because there is always little particles of debris dried onto them. This is especially apparent on the top shelf. In addition, things also come out just dirty and greasy, as if they were never washed. Disgusting, unbelievable. My 10 year old Craigslist, 90$ DW worked way better than this brand new, expensive excuse for an appliance. I was very interested in it because it was supposed to be quiet, it isn't even that quiet. I just assumed that it would CLEAN THE DISHES. . . . but, a 3 hour wash cycle that doesn't even clean??!!?!?!? I mean, this is absurd. Did anyone even check this design to see if it works? What a rip off. I have read many other reviews that have made the same complaints. I wish I had returned it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. In fact, I will never buy another Samsung DW.

Bought this a few years ago from Costco. Worked ok. Needed to prewash dishes but I figured it was supposed to be more eco-friendly so put up with it. Now it has decided to stop mid cycle. Had a repairman come out who said wiring was loose but got it working. Cost 150. Again it failed mid cycle. Opened it myself and it will come on and again randomly shut off. Pretty sure it's and issue with the control panel but saw another forum that says it's the inverter. This is not worth the price. A dishwasher should last more that three years and parts made of cheap plastic shouldn't cost this much. Will not buy a samsung again.
