haven't used the kitchenaid dishwasher in our home for over 20 years because it was so noisy in our combined kitchen/living room. doing research for many months i decided on the b***h brand because of the amazing reviews and how well it cleaned. #1 importance to me was noise level and this washer is quieter than that competitive model. who knew? as a smartthings home automation geek i loved the idea that it connected to my home automation and i could check the status of the wash on my iphone and when it completed i got an alert on my samsung tv. great features like 3 racks and auto open at the end to let out the remaining moisture. it's soooo quiet! highly recommend.

completely unreliable, stay away from it! after 7 months of low use (2/week), we got error code pc and the dishwasher bricked. after 2 months, 4 service appointments the dishwaster is still broken and samsung declined a partial refund and still insists on trying to do a 5th repair after flooding my house and doing a patchwork of replacing all parts.

The plastic that the top (silverware) rack is made from is extremely brittle. The plastic nubs that hold the silverware have been breaking since day one, and now the plastic piece that connects the right side to the rail broke off. I have spent many many many hours talking with Samsung support unsuccessfully trying to get it repaired now.

This diswaher was so quiet I never new it was running, until the little Samsung tune played at the end. At around 9 months the dishwasher leaked all over our floor. Numerous visits by repair persons saying the dishwasher can't be fixed. Samsung says it is an installation error and won't replace it. They could add 1 more minute to the drain time and that would more likely fix it too. Watch out for the C5 code, it signals DEATH OF THE DISHWASHER!

this unit is sooooo quiet that my installer and i had to put our ears to it to make sure it was hooked up and running. i'm very pleased with this product. i will say, if you want someone to review products off of the email requesting "what did you think", you need to have the "share" link go to the review section and not have go back to the product page and force a person to search for review section

dishwasher worked like magic for 4 months. it stopped working so i thought good thing i have warrenty. i contacted samsung over 10 times to get it fixed, got scheduled at least another 10 times, and now 2 months later, i cant even speak to a supervisor or get anyone's attention to solve my problem. the good thing is, i was planning on changing on all my appliances and i'm glad it happened with the dishwasher so i know not to buy the rest of them from samsung.

i should have known this was a lemon when a repair was needed within 1 month of purchase. the warranty was not properly extended three months as we were told. it wouldn’t have mattered anyway because another 5 months later, it was showing same error code. repair man and parts totaling $347 and still broken. awaiting another part. will end up paying more to fix this than it cost. never again.

my wife hand washes dishes before putting them in a dishwasher. after extensive research i bought this dishwasher to save her from this step. she still does it out of habit but i don't and the dishes come out just as clean. i was drawn to this model due to all the features, especially the linear cleaning system. the 3rd rack and wifi connection are an added bonus. this is the quietest dishwasher i've ever owned. you have to look at the display to determine if it's on because it's so quiet. the only downside is the linear bar. occasionally it pops off. when that happens you have to snap it back in place and sometimes rewash the dishes on the lower rack. i've yet to figure out why this happens or a fix. not sure why samsung would design it to come off in the first place.
