I have been using Samsung TV’s for ladt 11 years. Samsung is number one in TV’s in my opinion but i don’t see much difference between their TV’s( LED’s, QLED’s, NEO QLED’s) in view wise, obviously features are changing now a days in all TV brands.

I bought this TV a couple weeks ago and the picture and style are amazing. BUT, every 10-15 minutes the screen will turn off for a second or two and then turn back on. Software is up to date so I don't know what to do or what is causing this.

Amazing clarity and resolution to the point that it takes getting used to. The characters look so defined that they appear to be separate from the background. Unfortunately, it took so R effort to get it working properly. First of all the control box had to be replaced in order to get the Samsung sound bar to work. Then the picture would freeze. Lastly, the audio did not sync with the video such that it looked like a dubbed movie even using a CAT5 Ethernet cable. Even the technician couldn’t solve it. The solutions were to run a CAT6 Ethernet cable to the TV and to run the cable box through the sound bar and then to the TV. All good now, but took 2 weeks to resolve.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I have zero regrets. The tv has tv channels preinstalled and I can even watch tik toks on it. it's intuitive and worth every cent.

Picture is great but not happy at all about the reflection from my living room lights For the amount of TV cost you think Samsung can fix this problem terrible rainbow across the whole screen

I bought this tv a few months ago. I run my programming through a streaming service using a fire stick and wireless router. The picture is great but there are picture issues with fast action movies and sports with screen blur and judder. Hard to follow the ball or puck as it looks like it is blipping in and out of the picture. As well cannot seem to get the audio to sync properly to the video. Sound is from a Sonos sound bar. Not sure how to fix these issue, nothing posted on the Samsung website for troubleshooting these problems? Other than these issues I am really happy with this tv.

This is an incredible tv. I bounced around the idea of an LG OLED , but I’ve owned nothing but Samsung tv’s with the exception of one Sony ( which crapped out) over the last 30 years and I haven’t been happier. Great picture , great quality … the only thing with the 8K is the large One-connect box which can be trying when you wall mount the tv. It’s fits perfectly on the stand if you are stand mounting the tv. All in all , this is a phenomenal tv. Hoping for many years of trouble free use.
