This is my first wall oven and we use it on a regular basis! It has so many settings and options that we are blown away. Is also our first time using a convection oven and the food cooks so much better and less dry. I can go on and on how great this oven is. We love the convection portion for the top oven (microwave) I never thought of the microwave as a range oven. This on those it all. We have defrost meets and it literally defrost not cook!! Is amazing. Am a Samsung fanatic! From my kitchen appliances to Laundry to TV. I have it all. Even my kids tablets are Samsung. They have always taken care of me and i know they always will.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Been in use daily. I think my wife's trying to wear it out. Bakes great. Love the convection microwave features. There's a little learning curve but got through it

I bought this last October and finally got it. I absolutely love this oven combo. Very pleased with it's performance. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new oven.

The ability to split the oven in half and cook two items at different temperatures or cook one small dish without having to heat up the entire oven has been extremely useful. I routinely use convection cooking and really like the ability to use the microwave for convection cooking. When we chose the oven, we had high expectations and it has not disappointed.

The oven preheats very fast and the Flex Duo is an excellent feature that we use routinely. I wish that you could control the oven remotely without needing to turn the knob to a new setting. Finally, the steam bake draining started leaking at 11 months and Samsung repaired the part under warranty.

This is a great oven, full of technology and gadgets. My mother in law is scared of it and refuses to touch it. So far she just uses the basic microwave function. This oven has many options available and if all you do is light cooking or light usage, it may not be the one for you but if you want all to experience what a chef can do, this is it.

the microwave/oven wouls be a great product if the software was decent, unfortunately that is not the case. the clock drifts fairly quicky, the option to set the date and time triggers a reboot, and then the feature is still deactivated. the system also performs full reboots at least once a week. this needs a complete software overall.

I hate having a microwave on the counter, but had to because I wanted two ovens. This unit allows me a lot of flexibility without taking up space: two ovens; a microwave and an oven; a microwave and two small ovens; a steam oven, etc…

Nice features. Looks good and work great. If remodeling, will require some cabinet remodeling. One would have thought someone would have thought it would be a good idea to size it the same as a conventional double oven. Instead, I gained an additional drawer as the height is less.

I was looking for oven and microwave combo in stainless steel black and I saw this in a showroom - It was not available at that time but wen to samsung website and got it- it looked great with the rest of my appliances - the features are great and user friendly - it’s tech packed and I can activate it remotely through the app- I absolutely love it
