Had this range for about 3 weeks now, and it has been great. I like how user friendly it is, and it cooks very well. It has a lot of good features, from timers, to playing a little jingle when it reaches temp. Great range and well worth the money.

The product came with a cracked top glass. It was not due to the delivery, I believe the quality of this product is low.

Smart range is nice and connects to my smart things app. It cooks well and matches my other Samsung kitchen appliances. It has a nice child lock feature and is easy to clean!

I bought this to replace a gas range, and I am happy I did! I have nothing bad to say about it - it is pretty, easy to clean, and most importantly it cooks/bakes well. My bread turns out perfectly - and I love the proof setting. The burners are surprisingly responsive for an electric cooktop - a big pasta pot boils water quickly. The fingerprint-proof finish is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this range - it is a beauty.

We are exclusively a Samsung family. All of our appliances as well as televisions and sound bars are all Samsung and we have never had a problem with them. I only wish that the manufacturers warranty was longer than one year, but that is kind of standard throughout the industry now, which is unfortunate.
