This is the second Samsung range I have purchased and I'm not disappointed. I had an older version of this in a house I sold and decided to purchase this one. Works great and the Wi-Fi feature is very cool.

I bought this about 2 months ago. The 1st one came with a large dent on the top and had to be replaced. That took about 6 weeks to get resolved. The 2nd one came and I noticed the drawer was dented in front but I just kept it as I didn't want to go through the customer service process again. I purchased this as my old range (ge profile) was about 20 years old and I wanted a larger cooktop area along with convection and air fryer. I like the cooking surface, front controls and love the water boil burner.I think that is the best feature. I am rating this at 3 stars because the air fryer doesn't cook evenly. Just cooking something simple like french fries get burnt around perimeter while still raw in middle. I think I should have just bought a less expensive model without an air fryer. The other thing I don't like is when the oven is venting out the back left, the back left burner gets air blown on it and possibly can go out if not high enough. If I had to do over I would look for less expensive model without an air fryer and would have purchased at a local store or nearby big box store rather then samsung online. The customer service is hard to communicate with and not very responsive. We had to call SEVERAL times to get 1st unit replaced and each time was like starting over again. That's why I kept the dented 2nd unit.

I brought this range last year and it is very powerful with many smart features. Take advantage of the fiery double broilers. This oven is great at roasting Prime Rib, or baking cakes. Moreover, Samsung Support had provided me with excellent help in knowing my Range. I highly recommend you to buy this range.

I’ve had fun baking and cooking in the oven. It bakes and convection bakes great. The top cooktop on the range is hard to clean and scratches easily. You have to clean it immediately after cooking. I feel like I’m always cleaning the range top but in its defense it’s stainless . You can’t remove the knobs and there are fine particles that drop into rubber trim areas. I have to use a toothbrush. Instructions are difficult to find on line. So I still haven’t used the probe or airfry. I ran self clean once so far it cleaned ok. The burners heat are perfect. I’ve been making a lot of soups and the burners size are great.

the stove and oven performance has been great. i've tried air frying, convection baking and roasting, bread proofing, all with great success. my biggest hassle and determination for my rating is because i ordered a backguard due to my uncertainty about whether it would be needed. the unit came with a back cover piece, so in the end the backguard was not installed. the samsung home appliance team is difficult to get a hold, but when i finally did, they initiated a refund. however, their delivery agent refuses to pick up the back guard. i've scheduled 4 times over the past 2.5 months. i can't get a refund until it's picked up, and can't get it picked up. the only thing samsung reps can do is ‘escalate’ it.
