we are enjoying the refrigerator the only issue is the ice machine is not working properly even after using all of the troubleshooting techniques , also sensor in door for ice and water is spotty, will change to 5 stars once that issue is sorted out

icemaker is garbage. came on one service call, replaced board and turned water pressure down, said it was too high. still had problems, another service call, replaced the entire left door, said flap was letting in warm air causing it to freeze up. still freezes up, i have to chip ice out from area around bucket regularly. now its completely stopped making ice, and if course its out of warranty.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

When we bought this refrigerator, I was so excited! And it does NOT disappoint! (with only one exception... the water/ice on the door NEEDS A LIGHT!) but even if I had noticed it before we bought it, it wouldnt have been a deal breaker!

We bought this refrigerator because it has a large freezer drawer and it has an ice maker. let's just say that the ice maker machine has a faulty motor/computer. The repair technician admitted that Samsung is aware of this and is not recalling it's units.

we had a similar item-larger with twin cooling. it lasted less than 7 years and could not ne repaired by samsusng. very costly throwaway.

ice maker stopped working after less than 6 months of purchasing the refrigerator. 6 technician visits later, 5 parts replaced, problem still persists. been told by reliable sources this is a known problem with this model and definitely a lemon.

my mother told me to stick with the maytag or whirlpool. i did not listen. i have had this fridge for almost 2 years. one year into it the ice maker took a dump. it was continuously freezing over. it was making a loud buzzing noise. samsung sent someone out to replace it, which was nice. but guess what?!! it's doing it again! i hate to write bad reviews, but as expensive as this fridge was, i am so disappointed. i also had issues with the matching dishwasher that they charged me $140.00 to tighten a bolt! stick with the og appliances. these are garbage!

Very happy with my new refrigerator. I have had no issues what do ever. Plenty of room also like the no fingerprints. Would recommend.
