I just bought this last week. Right away what I noticed was that the door doesn’t latch which means I can only use the top part of the oven. Someone is coming to fix it in a day however looking at it And looking at the picture of it I knew something was very off…. The door handle is attached upside down completely. The top part of the oven and the stove top that I can use are amazing. As well as Samsung has someone coming to fix my door so thank you customer service. Samsung should just be aware they have a factory issue of quality control checking and everyone should check their doors and handles when it arrives.

I bought my new stove two weeks ago and i already have an issue. My top glass have bubbles from inside which you cant cleat. I called for technician no one showed up and they called saying your not covered. How awful is this service and worse company to deal with. I have one year warranty and no one can do anything for me to fix this problem. very stressed out and wasted my money on this stove

We have had it a couple of weeks and so far it works exactly as designed. The convection portion has taken time to get used to because we have never had one before, and we are still working on the wifi capabilities of it.

The convection oven went out in my 8 year old kenmore. When I saw this swanky Samsung, I decided it was worth the 6 week wait for it to arrive. I don’t know how long it will last, but so far I’m really excited and looking forward to utilizing all the features I held out for.

This is a great looking 2-in-one oven range with a stainless steel finish. The finish looks great. The glass top makes clean-up easy. The ability to open just the top door or the whole oven is a nice touch. Oven heats up quick. The air fryer is a great feature that includes a large basket. We've used it for french fries to great success. The stove-top griddle is nice for making pancakes and cleans up easily. The air fry basket and the griddle fit neatly in the drawer below the oven. My only quibbles are the "hot burner" notification light is on the control panel and not embedded in the stove top. I much prefer that on the stove-top as it "no miss" alert the stove is hot. Also, the front legs have large adjustable feet that protrude to the front of the stove. It is slight and not a big deal but I would preferred that they were recessed so they weren't visible from the front. I purchased this range at a reduced price in return for an honest review.

We were in the market for a new range when we came across this double oven range. It was perfect for our needs. We mainly use the top range and it preheats quickly and cooks evenly. When we cook something larger, we remove the panel and use the whole oven
