Our previous flatscreen TV of over 15 years was a Samsung and our new (larger) Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV does not disappoint! It has more tech-based features than we really need, but we are starting to appreciate the free Samsung TV channels provided. The 'real life' picture is amazing, and we trust that this TV will continue to perform as our other Samsung did - for years to come.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I bought this TV from a Best Buy store and it was delivered to me from our warehouse maybe the TV was dropped or in the process of bringing it to the delivery address from the first day when the TVs on it makes weird sounds it comes from inside the TV and while the TVs on with volume low you can hear constant sound like Samsung or some sort of short circuit somewhere and the TV gets hot I think this was a return or repaired unit and ended up paying $2500 for something which was probably used already I don’t think Samsung will do anything about it, The people who delivers the TV doesn’t care much about the TV while they’re delivering, I paid a lot of money for it but I feel like I should’ve picked it up from the Best Buy store myself probably out of end up with a new TV

Bought my 43” AU8000 back at the end of March 2022. The plan was to purchase this TV for the bedroom however our living TV gave out the same day I had bought this one. Was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality. It ended up staying in the Living room for 6 weeks. It’s now wall mounted in our bedroom and couldn’t be happier with its performance.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

We have been using our new tv for over a month. First of all, it was easy for me to get hooked up and programmed, and I am not tech savvy. Second, I am able to get to all the features and apps quick and easy. Third, the picture clarity is excellent for such a large screen (we were worried we might loose some sharpness). We are very happy with our purchase!!

Based on my experience so far, the AU8000 65 inch 2021 model is very good. I would highly recommend this TV. The picture and sound is clear. It is ideal for watching movies, playing games, and using it as a second PC screen. I gave a 5 star rating, even though I don't like that this TV doesn't have analog output ports to support my older headphones. In the future, I will order my home entertainment system directly from Samsung and avoid the big box stores. The shipping was free from Samsung and the delivery company was professional.
