I received this tv as a gift for Mother’s Day for playing video games on. The picture is fantastic!

I've only had this TV a few days. The reviews were excellent, and now I've got it working more or less properly it looks very nice. But the setup was no fun at all. I chose to do it using my phone, something went wrong in the middle of the process and it took me a long time to straighten things out. I was forced to register with a gmail account, which I really did not want.to do. Figuring out which HDMI ports to use for my srrvice provider's device and my Roku sound device was a pain. Why was there no diagram of the connections in the setup documents? I find that switching sources from Roku to television takes too many steps Also. Why do I have to select the source every time I turn the TV on? After several days I still haven't figured out how to switch channels and do it instead with my service provider's remote. But that means I have to have 2 remotes always at hand.The Samsung remote is too small and finicky. I'm thinking of buying a universal remote from Walmart with number buttons and more. The user manual is too small to answer any of the questions I have. I've had to go through all sorts of third-party YouTube videos looking for help. As you can see, getting started has not been a pleasant experience. In time, after I figure out how to make things work better, I am sure I will be much happier with my new Samsung TV.

Picture is awesome and so are the smart features. Only drawback to its thinness is the small speakers. But it’s sounds awesome with soundbar

We have this hooked up to a sound bar, and maybe it's out of sync with the TV. Not good. Also, do not like the colour. Too washed out and really bad looking at it from an angle. Really disappointed.

E were delighted that we can see the golf ball and the tennis ball so much more clearly. We are also pleased that we have various apps we can turn to (AppleTV, Netflix).

Great 4K TV. Bought it on sale from BestBuy for my permanent gazebo. With a cover for rainy days and a small audio system, we have a lot of family fun days and evenings.

Great tv, overall no complaints however the tv remote is very frustrating and has yet to successfully work regardless of how many new batteries are put in. While you can often use a secondary remote that is related to you cable the provided remote is an annoyance limiting access to apps such as Netflix’s as the remote does not work what do ever making the smart tv features unusable and forcing users to purchase a cable plan or external box such as Apple TV
