I got the AU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2021) as a replacement for my previous Samsung that had gone on the fritz. I only had 2 months left on the extended warranty, and they gladly replaced it! Can't go wrong with Samsung in terms of picture quality. I love this TV.

Very nice TV at a reasonable price. A couple of suggestions for improvements. The setup was too long and annoying with all the sign-ins, passwords, running to my computer to get a code to enter on the TV, and so on. I actually returned a competitor's TV out of frustration with the setup before buying the Samsung and deciding to stick it out. Also, I do not like the remote. Instead of providing enough keys, it uses.a key for multiple functions. Confusing and annoying. The Samsung channels are, for me, a waste. Lastly, something that puzzles me -- sometimes I turn to a program, maybe on a sports channel, and get a notification that by clicking and going to another channel I can see it in hi-def, but I don't see any difference.
