Lack of a phono jack for a new set of Sony headphones caused a week of running around to finally find a supplier that had an adaptor. Setting up the headphones via "settings" and "source" is also a bit of a rambling down the road type of experience. Have you ever heard of "keep it simple" for those that are not geeks i.e. about 80% of your purchasers. We eventually figure it out but you could sure make it a better experience. Just my opinion.

I bought this tv a couple of days ago and already loving it! So many features and the controls and accessibility is very simple and convenient! I would rate this 6 out of 5 stars because Samsung never disspoints me in regards to quality, performance and !

I'm so disappointed. We bought this TV at the store literally talking about how we trusted the Samsung brand. Two weeks later, the TV has started to randomly act out. It will cut the sound, replace it with a weird stuttering and won't respond to the remote. The only solution is to unplug it and turn it back on. I'm so thankful we're still within the return period and we didn't put the effort into putting on the wall yet. We'll be returning it and purchasing something else.

Bought the tv and Samsung sound bar 2 weeks ago and the picture quality is great. The legs sit the tv up above the sound bar so you don’t have to hold the remote at extreme angles to use the tv.

I have had for about a month. Had some questions to begin with, but technical support was great at talking me through it. I still have a question about internet it uses. Is there a way to use less internet while streaming?

I asked a friend do do the hooking up for me. Very good picture and sound quality. Easy to become familiar with the remote.
