I bought a 43 in for bedroom 10 months ago so I have had some time with the TV and feel I can give it my rating from experience So I will start with the good, the picture is good, sound is good, size good, but the responsiveness of the TV is terrible - many times I will fall asleep before I can get the TV to even come on - There is a huge lag in the responsiveness from turning the tv on to toggling between apps to turning volume up or down - I have done software updates and that has not helped also both HDMI ports do not work tried hooking up a new DVD player and it would not play contacted Samsung and they took remote access and technician concluded ports were not working so they suggested to take it into a samsung dealer which was over an hour away or ship it back - I decided to ship back for repair and now sit here with out a TV for the last week it may be a month before I get it back and wether or not they can fix the responsiveness of the TV I do not know which is the biggest frustration with this TV - I will update once the TV is back

Replaced old Plasma tv with Samsung Smart. Big difference, all movies seem different even old ones. The speakers are good without amp. Only peeve I’m having with it is the remote response seems to lag.

I love the colours and the images of the Tv however its software is from 2016 and you cannot update it anymore. I have tried to download the latest from Samsung site, put it on USB and keep getting message that I already have the most up to date version (2016 one!)

This TV has amazing graphics and is the best TV we have. We purchased this for our bedroom and it went up easily onto a wall mount too. This tv is very responsive and just crystal clear! We love it! And the cost is amazing

My TV just died one Friday night, it was only 4 years old, so buying that brand again was not an option. Having only one TV and spending so much time at home during the pandemic, replacing it was a priority. I decided on this Samsung due to support for Apps and the Google ecosystem. I am a Samsung phone user and my other device is a Chromebook. TV works great, easy setup with the app, lots of apps for all your services. Hope this one lasts more than 5 years!

I always buy Samsung tv because I like the color that it displays. This was my first smart tv and have no regrets.

I don’t like the remote. It is too small and hard to see. Needs to have a backlight to be functional ina bedroom setting. It also should have more HDMI ports. Samsung has cheated out on these things and that is really sad.

We love the tv but hate the remote. The buttons are too small and almost all black. Hard for a senior to navigate.

TV quality is good.. the issue is that it doesn’t keep the connection to the wifi. I have to continually unplug the TV and restart it so the wifi can connect again Diagnostics do not help
