This TV was perfect. It has a great size and is mounted to my wall. Everything works perfectly.

I received it by way of insurance. I had bought a tv and malfunctioned and received current tv as replacement. I am so satisfied with it

Had this for 2 months now. Picture and sound are nice. Problem though it magically turns on by itself if no one is in the room or if we are sleeping. I haven't contacted Samsung yet to troubleshoot. Hopefully it is just a setting.

Bought about a month ago, works well, great picture. Smart TVs does lots of things automatically.

Freezes all the time and won’t let me upload new apps. Can’t turn tv on/off manually

This Is a pretty good tv. At times the picture seems a bit dark even with the brightness all the way up. There are so many advanced adjustments available for the picture I have no idea where to start. Samsung. Please start to make the optimal picture settings available online. I should not have to pay an expert to calibrate my picture or buy a setup DVD. You guys have to know how to best adjust the picture and so I should be able to find all of those settings on your website.

The picture is nice however it lacks HDMI ports. There is only one and the AirPlay function is a hit or miss. Doesn’t always work even though wifi and Bluetooth are on fir both devices. Really a disappointment when you can’t get the function to work and you can’t just hook it up like my previous Samsung that had 3 HDMI ports.

I have had this television for a few weeks and love it even more than my other Samsung tvs. My first one was purchased 15 years ago and still works! Unfortunately, it wasn't a "smart" one and was a little heavy -looking. This model is "smart", sleek and easy to use for a 75 year old grandmother like me. I haven't investigated all its features yet because I am mainly interested in picture quality and streaming abilities. I like to watch Amazon Prime, Netflix and Youtube a lot. This is a fantastic product for a fantastic price! Thank you, Fran Butcher

Not bad. I wish the salesman had told me that he does not have Milton voice control I needed that most anything
