We have had this TV for three months and are very pleased with it. It was installed by Geek Squad and they did a good job of instructing us on its operation. The colour is excellent, very true. Having so many apps pre-loaded has made expanding our use of the TV easy. We have also used it to view on-line programs by connecting a laptop to the TV. This TV replaced our previous Samsung TV which we had for 14 years.

It’s a nice TV with a crisp image and stable build compared to other Samsung models. I was a bit disappointed by the style of the remote control since a charging cable for it was not included and is something additional that I have to purchase.

I would not recommend this TV if you want consistent blacks with no clouding. The middle-left of the panel is far less than acceptable, and had I known in advance I would have gladly paid hundreds more to purchase an OLED from another manufacturer. Other users have reported the same issue. r/SamsungBuyerBeware

We’ve had this TV for about a month. It was difficult initially to get used to the remote - now we find it okay (not great). Overall the controls are cumbersome and awkward, ie volume control and trying to change settings on TV can be frustrating.

Start up on this unit frustrating, TV remote is also tricky takes a while to sort out how it works + it is all black with no backlifghts so you cant see what your doing in the dark while watching .. please ! Buttons have Dual functions So have to figure out how to toggle channels or increase sound .. very small , good feature it is solar charged .. almost took this TV back - works well technically nice picture but … would think the MFG could rethink some basics .. My LG 55 is older but worked right out of the box great start and experience.. com-on Samsung .. you can do much better with the remote and start up ..
