We've been using this TV for a month now. I was amazed at how quickly the apps like Netflix and Prime load. There is a button on the remote to access these apps directly. The remote was unusual at first because it is so different from traditional remotes but once we figured out how to use it, we love it. The picture quality is excellent and the colours are vibrant even in our sunlit room. A great feature for us is the centre mount stand too, so that we could use our existing corner furniture.

There are few features about this TV that got my attention. Remote, you never have to really charge, because you flip on the back side and it will charge it self by the sun. Airplay is incredible. Save me so much time and effort. Google assistant- helps you with smart home items, such as camera, turning on/off the lights around the house through the Samsung remote. User friendly - extremely easy to navigate through the menu The only bad thing that I have for this TV is that there is a lag here and there sometimes. Aside from that, this TV have everything you need and want. Of course, you can pay a few thousand more for a better one, but this TV is definitely one of the “best bank for the bucks” type of TV. Been using Samsung for 15 years, still havent fail me once.

We’re pleased overall with the TV. The only complaint we have is the remote control. Compared to our Sony’s remote, it is abysmal. Whoever designed the remote for this TV really needs to find another job. It is the most useless, hard to decipher remote on the market today, I swear. Luckily, we have our Apple TV hooked up to the TV, so we mainly use the Apple remote.

Finally splurged and got a great TV. Samsung gas mastered UHD and QLED. The picture is so clear and lifelike, you feel you're the cameraman. It took some getting used to. But it is an incredible product!!!!!

The best TV I have seen in a long time way better than any of my friends sets . The option of monthly payments is even more helpful, retired senior . So glad I got Samsung , NHRA has an unreal picture 120hz for sure . A must have tv

I bought this to replace my tv of 15 years. The picture is so clear, crisp, I was amazed at the difference. Watching shows in high definition and they look great.

My older model had just as good of a picture as this one and this is supposed to be a QLED? NOT HAPPY

We have had this tv for about a month now and are very happy with it , great clear picture, remote is a little difficult to figure out but we are getting there.
