This TV is fantastic! My wife always wanted one remote that controlled everything. She got it with this TV but revenge was mine when she noticed there were no numbers or buttons on the remote. She figured it out.

I bought this TV about a month ago to replace my old Samsung TV. The colour and clarity are fantastic. The QLED made the dark scenery in a movie particularly brilliant. The Samsung TV Plus provides basic TV programs without paying monthly subscription and the money I save can be used for Netflix. The only thing that is not so ideal is the built in speakers. However, for big TV of this size, you normally will connect external speakers and subwoofer to make your viewing more enjoyable. I invested such speakers for less than $200, which make a huge difference. I wish I buy this earlier!

The 85" QLED 4K was a good compromise on price versus functionality compared to OLED and Neo QLED 8K. I am quite happy with the contrast, colours, and features. The Q72A shows its magic when watching BBC nature documentaries and movies.

Just replaced my samsung 2018 qled with this 2021 samsung and never been so dissappointed. No option to disable hdr which makes for the dullest, terrible dull inaccurate color I've ever seen. Unwatchable, thanks samsung!
