i am not sure how this machine got great reviews. thats why i bought this. its horrible. the wash is constantly of balance. it could take me all day to do one load because i have to stop the machine and rearrange the clothes to make it balance. please do yourself a favor buy something else

doesn't even wash your clothes properly & now to add on its even leaking water. only had for about 4 years & it is trash. don't spend your money on this. samsung stick to making phones not washers.

i made the decision to spend the extra money and replace all of my appliances with samsung, thinking the brand would be quality. i was wrong. all of the appliances purchased have had a very short lifespan with something going wrong. this washing machine worked well for the first year. then afterwards, the entire user panel went out for no reason which had to be replaced and now there are issues with the drum, not spinning properly and clothes remain completely soaked after hours of running. not only did it waste an entire day to wash a set of twin sheets but things came out ruined. my electric bill sky rocketed because of this as well. it’s extremely disappointing.

it takes forever to wash a load of laundry. don't even try to just rinse or spin, it takes just as long to do that as it does to wash. i am so fed up with this washer! i can't wait till it dies so i can get a new one.

we brought this unit in august 2019, and now it is constantly giving the unbalance error and would not finish the spin cycle no matter what the load is. and when it happens, no amount of adjusting the clothes will resolve the issue. samsung's online estimate says it would cost $290. very disappointed. we are looking at other brands now.

Day 1 this washer comes up with a trouble code "Ub" for unbalanced. I level it. I run it through calibration. As time goes on it gets worse. My best guess is the support springs are weak. I try to run it through the "Spin Only" cycle to wring out the water at different speeds, but the thing actually adds water during "Spin Only". I've had enough of Samsung glitchy products.
