we bought this washer and after only a few months, every load we tried to wash gave me an unbalanced load code. they sent a technician out who found the drum was loose and the right rear leg broke inside the machine. samsung will not cover it calling it "physical damage" caused by physical force on the machine or improper use. since most people get their washers and leave them in one spot, apparently this washer can not handle washing regular clothes or blankets for more than a few months. colossal waste of over $600 as we can not use the washer any longer and samsung wont stand behind their product and fix a simple leg.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Great features I just wish it was wifi enabled but not a deal breaker. It is very deep and I'm able to wash my comforters at home again!

This was a replacement washer under my warranty. I was a little leary of this for washers. But I have to say, this has been the best washer I’ve had so far.

I bought this over the inter months and have liked it since using. I like that it tells me when to self clean. Haven't had any issues and would definitely recommend to others.

We bought this, our 4th Samsung washer. Found the Samsung warranty ran out about one year prior to purchase. Fortunate the appliance seller took it back. Made our 1st GE purchase after. It DOES wash the clothes cleaner.

After putting up with a clanging washer for over a year, I decided it was time to get a new one. I am so glad I chose my Samsung 5.0 CU. It is super quiet and my clothes have all come out super clean and smell wonderful. It has a super deep tub and my bedspreads and blankets come out clean and fresh. It has an easy to understand control panel and the music it plays when finished is an added bonus.

Bought this washer based on the Samsung brand and have not been disappointed one bit. We do at least a load 6-7 days a week and this washer has handled everything we have thrown at it with ease.

The best washer ever the only complaint I have you can’t use a lot detergent because you will need a 2 rinse for your clothes.
