Excellent TV that has all the features of a luxury TV for a fraction of the price. I suppose my biggest complaint would be the speakers. I don't find they're loud enough for movies or shows. When watching something, and say eating chips or popcorn, or whatever, it's easy to keep the volume at 90 to 100% its max volume, and just be loud enough. So it's certainly nothing too loud.

I bought this TV a month ago and it has been great so far. Picture and sound are very good. If you are not using a sound bar or home theatre system this TV has decent sound from the built in speakers. The only thing to be aware of is that the 3rd HDMI output and digital sound output comes straight out of the back of the TV and can interfere with your wall mount. I ended up having to adjust the mounting brackets so that I had access to these outputs. Overall a great LED TV for the price and would highly recommend.

I bought the TV a month ago. Overall it’s perfect. My only complaint is that some of the apps available on my Apple TV and Roku TV are no longer supported. The main app which I pay for and use daily is Acorn TV.

I just purchased a new tv for my basement. It has been turned on maybe twice only and there is a blue line that runs across the screen that does not go away. I have tried returning it to the store and they do not accept returns and I have been told to deal directly with Samsung. Very disappointed in this product.

The tv has great picture quality. It is hard to set up, comes with almost no instructiions, and after hours I finally have it set up and it opens to the Home Screen and there is no way to just switch it to live tv. I have to wait for it to decide that’s what I want. And there seems to be no App Store on the tv. I’m stuck with the few apps they put on it, which isn’t much. I once owned a Samsung phone. That experience should have clued me in to not buy a tv from them

I've had my new AU8000 for about 3 weeks now. Excellent picture quality. Sound is great using my ROKU stream bar and Avantree headphones.

Our old TV set lasted for years so I was amazed at the new features in the Samsung Everything seems to depend on the remote control The remote control, however, is small unobtrusive and hard to see. It takes longer to find a channel with it than the old one. The speaker feature is not always reliable and often frustratingly shows a confusing variety of same name programmes Why would the heart of the Samsung be designed as a small brown measly item with the controls too close together and hard to find?

Very happy with our new Samsung! Upgraded, as our previous 11-year old Samsung no longer supported Netflix. Great picture and built-in apps, and works well with our sound bar.. no complaints.

Very happy with my new Samsung AU8000 43" Smart TV. Great picture and easy to navigate all the smart features. Only issues I've had is that the internet drops intermittently even when my other household devices are still connected. Also, wishing that the third hdmi port was facing the same direction as the other two (can't use it cause I've wallmounted the TV with not enough clearance). Recommend a sound bar and subwoofer as the built in speakers are below average.
