The picture quality is very good. Clear and sharp. Since we don't use any of the smart features, these are an unnecessary complication. The sound quality from the built-in speakers is terrible, and I wasted a lot of time and money on adaptors getting a working speaker system. Setup was overly complex for us as we don't need most of the added features. And the remote control is very limited and difficult to use - we need to use both it and the Bell remote to control all the functions. * I HATE those stupid Netflix, Amazon, etc buttons which are always getting pushed by accident! But all in all, it has been a solid, reliable television. I just would not buy another "smart" TV. -

I have had this TV for a couple of months, great picture, no problems. The negative thing is I find the sound quality not as good as I would have thought

This TV exceeded all my expectations after opening the box and hanging it on the wall. The only really annoying thing is that this Samsung TV doesn’t allow Bell Canada Fibe TV app download, which if I knew before buying the TV, I would have chosen a different brand.

I purchased 2 weeks ago one and had popping/knocking sounds when off. Only when off. Not from the speakers but something on the back. Maybe capacitor? disconnected everything, upgraded firmware, reset, still the issue persisted. I had this tv in my bedroom so the popping was annoying. After the tv turns off, fast popping for about 30seconds, then slower popping for maybe 3-5minutes, then slow popping (every 15-30seconds apart) for 15 to 30mins. If I unplug from power, it stops. Drove me nuts. Just returned it and got another one. Came home, connected to power, didn't even connect anything to it and guess what. popping. Tomorrow I will return it and get either LG or Sony. :( Oh yeah, don't connect to the internet. ADS! Purchased a TV and was still forced to see ads.

We bought this TV to replace an old Sony Bravia, and the difference is clear! To be fair, this TV is larger, but I really notice that the picture quality is different! It really looks three-dimensional, where the older TV just looked like a flat picture. I don't know if this is really a "thing" but I love it. I also like how fast the TV comes on - almost instantly. Also, the navigation is easy to use once you get used to it. The only small thing I wish was that the remote was backlit somehow, as the print is small and you need to put it under a light to select the buttons you want.

Great picture/sound quality. Easy set up. Bonus feature was the ability to use voice commands and have access to the internet.

This is my first Samsung tv and I'm very happy that I choose this model, easy to set up excellent display and easy operating remote control

The tv itself is great. Would like to have seen a better remote but this one works. I have a real problem with their support. Had trouble making a samsung account. The first two techs I talked too could have cared less about my problem. The third finaly got me going.

I bought this 50 inch Samsung primarily because it would fit in the wall unit but there were many other reasons. The remote is awesome, the 2021 model had better features than the 2020 model as well.
