By far the best tv viewing ever the colors are great. Hung it on the wall and mounted the cable box behind it out of sight.

The TV seems to have a problem connecting to the wireless network at home. It keeps disconnecting and does not recognize the network and I have to reboot the modem everytime.

I replaced a 12 year old 1080P TV and so the AU8000 4K TV pops with color. Easy to set up, easy to understand menu and easy to use remote to get to the smart sections of the TV. However the sound is poor (tiny speakers in thin unit is the reason). One of the features is Q symphony and to activate it you need to purchase a Q symphony Samsung sound bar. Trying to find a sound bar that allows this feature was pretty hard, lots of digging into the many Samsung site. Samsung needs to add this info to the site, ie: the section about the AU8000 Q symphony should list the compatible sound bars right at the section. note a "* only works with compatible sound bars". Even the experts at the Samsung retailer got it wrong. I ended up connecting my old Bose Solo 1 and stopped searching for a compatible sound bar. A $$$ loss in revenue to samsung.

Always have purchased Samsung TV’s , this is my third one in the house at the moment , it far out passes any other Samsung I’ve had or got at the moment, great picture , great features , easy to understand, and very easy to set up .

Tv is great for the most part. Lately it’s been buzzing loudly a lot while playing Nintendo switch. AmaOn prime and Netflix will stop working after about 45 min of play time. Tv clicks when it is off. And continues to click for a while. Great pictur and great features but I’m just awaiting the day I have to get this fixed or replaced. Bought Samsung as I’ve always had Samsung tvs and a little dissapoonted I must say.

Other than the audio assistant, the TV is great. It took a while top find how to disable that fearure

I got this tv about a month ago. It has a good picture. But the Samsung features that make it a smart tv go green. I can't use Netflix or Amazon Prime through the tv. A real disappointment. Tv works when exterior input plays but still numbed about the issues.

I bought this tv last July and ever since then the picture has been getting worse. The clouding around the edges is almost unbearable when the screen is black, and I’ve reached out to Samsung to try and deal with this defective tv and have had zero luck. I’ve always heard good things about Samsung but this tv has made me second guess buying anything from them again. I hope they reach out to me from this review and try to rectify the situation.

I shopped around and did my research and ended up buying this lovely 65” Smart TV. Couldn’t go larger because I’m in a condo and this size is perfect. I’m so happy with it that I haven’t needed to change any of the picture settings. To me the picture is perfect right out of the box. Since I’m new to Smart TVs I needed to ask Samsung Customer Support some basic questions by phone and they were extremely helpful to me.
