This TV looks nice in bright scenes, and in a lighted room. But, it has large withish areas/patches close to all four corners, that blur such sections of the TV, when playing dark scenes, or without illumination in the room. As we installed it in the basement, in a room without windows, the foggy sections are quite visible, and really annoying. We had already discarded the packaging, by the time we tried the TV, and I'm not sure how to return it, to be exchanged. I purchased another Samsung 75" TV (The Frame), within the same month of December 2021, and loved it! We expected a similar experience with this less expensive TV. Unfortunately, we got a defective product.

I completely love this TV , so much to do on it but when there’s a black/dark screen , there are noticeable “white clouds” on the sides of the screen.

Within a 3 months of purchase pixel start to burned. Already contacted Samsung support but haven't received any updateafter 5 days. Bad customer service and support. Disappointed with this product

I bought this to replace my older larger Samsung Smart TV due to a move. I love the TV, but I found the quality of the sound lacking. So I bought a Samsung sound bar to go with it. It fits between the legs of the TV perfectly!

Bought this a month ago and very pleased. Great quality of picture for sports, especially hockey. Only real issue was lack of direction to set up with existing home wifi but was able to struggle through it.

I am sure that I would have been better off buying a brand for several hundred dollars less and getting the same performance and quality

We are really enjoying this television. Excellent picture quality. Did not like the sound quality, so had to buy a soundbar. This greatly improves the overall sound. Having said that, the sound cuts out for a second or two fairly frequently which is frustrating.

I bought this tv a month ago and everything is great and it looks very nice. The only thing is I can’t watch the CTV app or website on it. It’s very strange.

Not happy at all. When the TV is powered off it ticks like a clock. It’s the most annoying thing ever. I bought this for the bedroom but there is no way is going to be able to stay. Nice tv other than the tick tick tick tick tick. I have to unplug the tv thing when I want to go to sleep. Just garbage.
