I bought truanted months ago and finally after installation, I am able to enjoy some of the quickest ways to eat dinner for me and my family. This microwave is simply the best! Easy to operate, fast, choice of racks to use, and quiet while on. So happy with my purchase.

When a power surge took out both my microwave and oven, I was hoping they could be repaired. Well, that didn't happen because they were too old. Samsung came through on both. They were delivered and installed together on time and professionally. The microwave is absolutely great. Lots of new features over my old one and a lot quieter. I really couldn't ask for more.

We have had this for about 3 months now and are very happy with the purchase. The style fits in so nicely with our Samsung kitchen, but beyond that....the features are amazing. Previous microwaves that I have had would not "sense" properly and lead to food that was either overdone or underdone and required some fidgeting to get it just right. This oven, however, gets it right and leads to a perfect heating of a dinner plate. Set it, walk away and the result is a perfectly warmed plate of food.

This is a wonderful microwave. It looks amazing and has a lot of space inside. However, the controls aren't very user-friendly. Even something as simple as resetting the clock requires going through a menu of options. The "quick reference" guide inside the door has really random stuff like "prawns". (How often are people heating prawns in the microwave?!?!) Other than the controls, this is an excellent appliance that works well and is a lovely addition for any kitchen.

It broke down in month 13, Without warranty, you have to pay for the feet to be checked more
