We are happy with the features and function of this microwave. It has a high-end look and goes well with our kitchen. The stainless finish does a great job of hiding fingerprints.

up until a few months, no complaints, liked using the microwave. then it it started programming itself and displayed 99:99 as a time, beeping and telling us to press start. i've now caught it turning on by itself; thankfully with no heat or interior light. so, it is now unplugged until we need to use it. very disappointing for something we've used for a year and a half, especially for the price.

loved this for the first year, then at 1 year and one month of being installed it stopped working. everything looks like its working, but no heating up at all. have tried to get samsung with no luck. have troubleshooted all options to no avail- looks like others have had the same issue. hope our other samsung products do not talk to this one. would love to hear from samsung reps and have this fixed as we had a kitchen redo basically around this fit.

Feels a little bit underpowered, but not too big a deal. We're talking a difference of seconds in cook time for most things. I like the clean, big-door design. Has more features on it than I'm likely to use. Looks great as part of my Samsung appliance package, which was much more affordable than similar packages from Kitchenaide and LG. I'm happy.

we bought this 1 year and 1 month ago and the fans going out its a $400 part!!!! out cheap builder frigidaire lasted longer. very disappointed in samsung appliances. we have problems with 2 out of the 3 appliances already.
