Love the microwave. Looks very nice and all the features are great! I never used microwave features before but I do on this one and they all work great. Reheat dinner is awesome and the popcorn button seems to know if I have a small bag vs a big one. Every the frozen veggies button works great!

My over the range Microwave is so sleek and stylish. Fits in so well with my newly renovated kitchen. Works so well, evenly distributing heat when re-heating things.

Sensor cooking is easy and well done. Options are great, especially the 30 second control. heats quickly and evenly with large turntable. Filter is easy to replace!

Just after 15 days This oven stopped heating up things . Never think of buying Samsung but liked the look and bought it . Waste of time and money .Very disappointing.

This microwave is only 950 Watts!! So beware of the 1500 W that they are advertising, which is CONSUMPTION wattage. In this day and age why would they even make such a wimpy microwave? SMH

We purchase the microwave ME21M706BAS this week and we were expecting to get in the box a label that stick over the current control panel to get the command in french........that sticker was not found in the box , how can we get one ?

While I love the clean look of my microwave, it has truly disappointed. I feel it takes longer to heat then any other microwave I’ve used. More particularly, it was installed in mid-May of this year by a professional electrician. Today is July 20, and the vent fan started making a loud, vibrating sound. I turned it off then back on so I could take a video of its performance. While doing so it completely stopped working. I wanted to include the video but could not figure out how to do so.
