I loved the look of the microwave and the push buttons seemed such a great idea. We bought the microwave in October 2017 , so it’s just over 2 years old. We’ve had problems with the touch buttons for about 9 months but now we are down to a few that work. Not impressed at all. Because all the other microwaves we’ve had we’re great , never any problems. I guess we should have stuck to Panasonic.

I am really annoyed with this number 7 code popping with the annoying beep at all hours. How come nobody seems to address this defect especially the company? I went on the forum and the suggestion was to unplug it. It didn't work.

My wife and I use this microwave daily and up until recently thought it had a nice look and worked well. However recently the microwave just stopped heating all together. We followed all of the guides on the site talking about checking for Demo mode and cleaning the door to make sure it had a good seal but it just does not heat anything. I have a Saumsung fridge, washer, and dryer and knock on wood those are still working well, this microwave only lasting a year is a huge disappointment and at the price point you have to wonder if getting repairs done is worth it.

we bought this with the 3 other appliances fridge stove & dishwasher1.5 years ago,only the wife and I at home. dishwasher broke 2 days before warranty expired. (first repair was on them 2nd & third on me because warranty expired) repaired 3 times still makes noise. Now Microwave not heating up, everything else works the way it is supposed to. Read the reviews I am not the only one with this micro wave problem after 1 year old. If you buy this you better take the extra warranty. It adds to the price but I am sure you will need it. Cheaper than buying a new one every year or so.

The venting is horrible. I bought the microwave because it had one of the more powerful fans at 400 cfm but with all the leaks in the cabinet it’s less than 100cfm at the stove

We loved this microwave for 2 1/2 years. Then the auto sensor quit. Service had to remove and disassemble unit ($180 labor).The sensor had greased up from the stove-top fan as had the exhaust fan and the entire internal controls. We bought the unit because of the CFM capacity. Dont try to fry bacon on your stove The grease will go straight into the microwave innards. The first repair cost me almost as much as a new unit.

Terrible unit 1st day and oven doesn’t work , 1 st service call worked and shortly after not working again. 3 service calls and still the over didn’t work due to touch buttons that freeze all the time

It stopped working after 2 years. Magnetron identified as the problem. Only the part is under warranty. Cost to have it installed by a repair technician means I am better off just buying another (non-Samsung) microwave. Very disappointed and don't recommend Samsung appliances at all.

Bought this October 2018. Manufacture date inside says indicates it was manufactured July 2018. Great looking and worked fine for just over 2 years. Discovered today that if the door is slightly pulled open the microwave turns on. While trying to diagnose the problem I learned that the microwave turns on with the door open . Would not recommend.

The microwave looks great.What is completely DISAPPOINTING is the venting.The suction of the vent is virtually NON existent! I was told by a technician from Samsung that no matter how you decide to vent the microwave, the problem remain the same. For the cost of this item, it is very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend buying it until Samsung can get the venting fixed!
