Turns off then on then sometimes it seems cables are not connected. Then it works for 30 min. Getting worse. No support

Bought 2 65” frame TVs and couldn’t be happier. Amazing resolution, love the snap on frames. Excellent product . No negatives

Great TV cause it doesn’t look like a TV. Free art selections are not my favourites but fine. Wish there were more to choose from. People have been able to download other art I’m told. Love you don’t see wires and it’s flat. Had this tv for 6 months with no issues. However I would be worried if I’d read these reviews before I purchased.

Bought the 75 inch frame. When the tv works like it should everything is great. We had Best Buy hang the tv which turned out to be a great idea. There was a big learning curve trying to know which remotes to use. Our internet would stop talking to the tv and resetting the router is the only fix. I have made a number of calls to our provider to adjust settings. I am happy with the quality and love the slim look as it sits flush on the wall.

I bought this for my Mom 5 months ago and it has been great. We did have a problem with it randomly turning on at the beginning but we figured out how to outsmart the smart TV

I love my new TV. I installed it myself on the wall. I used toggle bolts instead of the screws it came with - on the one side where there was no stud. The other side I used quality long wood screws (GRK #10x 3-1/8”). The free Samsung channels were a bonus that I did not know about. The app allows you to control the TV from your phone. Samsung Health has hundreds of free fitness classes. The Frame Art store allows for a huge selection of art to appear on your tv. I’ve only had this tv for a few months and there was one episode of the tv not turning on. Had to unplug the box and internet and it all reset itself. Fantastic and I love this tv overall.

We bought this 5 months ago and so far, so great!! Absolutely love the quality and having so much fun with the Art Store! (Several people have commented on the “beautiful piece of art” only to realize it’s a television!) This is a fantastic TV at a great price point!
