I spent $2000 on a tv and they insultingly continue to make money off me by inconveniencing me with forcing me to scroll through ads to navigate the menu! Also can’t default to home theatre output. Everytime i use bluetooth headphones i have to renavigate to sound settings(through forced ads on the way)

Great quality screen that looks great on the new fireplace wall in our Master bedroom. Its got a very nice picture . Fairly easy to install as long as you have prepped the wall for it .

The invisible wire provided has a high probability that it will fail on you. We had connection issues and the technician told us we had to replace the wire or else our TV would become useless. Our wire was faulty and it cost $300 for a replacement, $150 for the first call and follow up install. I’m so choked because this 65” TV is already on the pricey side and we spent another $450-500 just to keep it on our wall. Feels like I’ve just been robbed.

TV is nice but the power to the TV has just stopped and all research suggests it might be the cable. I can not confirm this and getting this all back to the supplier BB is not easy. I can not find a replacement so I have a large ornamental TV right now.

The selling point of this device is the wall mount and Art Mode. The TV itself is not great. A comparable TV can be bought for half the price. My wife LOVES the flush mount and Art Mode. Happy wife…. The Art Mode works really really well, as long as the room is well lit. Otherwise, it still looks like a TV with a picture on it, because any other pictures hanging around it will be noticeably darker. Something to consider. I use to have a 12 year old plasma, that had a much better picture than this, but again, my wife loves it.

Great Tv. Love the artwork we can use when not watching tv. The grandkids like being on the big screen when we use the photo option.

Love the new frame, it’s slim, and has all of the smart tv functionality. Easy to setup and great picture and sound.
