4 Excellent Picture Quality

Pros: Amazing picture, and ultra slim design. Cons: Price of the frame bezel. The tv should have come with at least one bezel.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

1 Awaiting Firmware fix for HDMI 2.1 game port

Ever since I set up the TV (and the initial suggested firmware update out of the box), the game HDMI 2.1 port has been unusable for Xbox Series X. Despite my support attempts and now reading about hundreds of others with the exact issue, there has been no acknowledgement or fix by Samsung. Do not buy this model if you are planning on using the HDMI 2.1 port for gaming on Xbox.

1 "GAME PORT" (HDMI 2.1, 4k/120hz) DOES NOT WORK

Purchased the 2021 Frame (LS03A) 65" 1 month ago and was prompted to update to the most recent firmware which has made the game port ("HDMI 4", HDMI 2.1 port) completely useless. Have tried contacting support on two occasions who fail to acknowledge the problem even with links to their own support forums where HUNDREDS of others are having the exact same issue with their consoles supporting 4k/120hz (XBOX Series X, PS5). Google "the frame 2021 firmware 1506" to see for yourselves... I have tried both consoles on this port since the update and they both result in a "check input power source". Have tried disabling VRR, HDR, changing HDMI cables (certified 2.1) on the consoles and factory resets to no avail. Consoles will work on every other HDMI 2.0 port in 4k/60hz but not on the game port for 4k/120hz support. This issue has been apparent since May 2021 in firmware 1506 up to the most recent (November 2021) release. Samsung are selling TVs advertising a feature that is broken. DO NOT BUY IF YOU INTEND ON USING IT FOR HDMI 2.1 4K/120HZ CONSOLE GAMING! There are plenty of owners "stuck" with this model patiently awaiting a fix with no guarantee of resolution.

1 VERY SAD and disappointed how Samsung not helping

A big fan of Samsung products, from Phones, TV, appliances...... Bought this $$ Framed TV 65" 3 yrs ago and loved it. It was more for decoration and used as picture function rather than daily TV watching. 2 months ago, 1 thick horizontal line ( full width ) appeared on the top of the screen. We called service they told me the repair cost is 2000$, basically garbage it and buy a new one. Does this sound right Samsung? This is extremely disturbing when this 3 yrs old high end TV can fail so quickly. Very sad Samsung would not do something about this..

5 Great quality

Bought for black Friday. Install was relatively easy, just measure twice to ensure a level, even mount. Art features are very cool. Speakers arent great because tv is so thin, but a soundbar is an easy fix. Would recommend

1 Buyer Beware

I purchased the 75 from an authorized Samsung dealer. Upon opening the TV installing it on the wall I noticed I was missing the two M8 screws and pads to attach the brackets to the TV and the pads to balance. I reported the issue to the store I bought the TV from Monday morning and they proceeded to say they would report to Samsung. Two weeks went by and I had not heard from the store or Samsung so I called Samsung. After 30 minutes on the phoning filling out a report for the missing parts I was told to speak to customer service. Customer Service proceeded to tell me that I did not report the missing pieces within 48 hours as such I had to follow up with the dealer. I was blown away...a $3,500 tv that is missing two screws and pads worth less than .50 cents and I was being told to pursue this on my own... You would think buying through an authorized dealer would be sufficient coverage for a product of this price range but obviously not. I would not recommend any Samsung products given their position on after market service. Frankly, I would avoid the products all together as this is clearly a sign of a systematic approach to service.

5 Great picture… love The Frame!!!

The quality of the images in the Frame is excellent. Never having that ugly black rectangle on the wall (when tv is off) is such a treat! A terrific innovation. And the selection of artwork (paintings/photographs/etc.) is superb. We’re really enjoying it!

4 A Piece of Art

I really like that it sites flush to the wall, it doesn't look like a TV when it's off (the art mode is fantastic), and the fact that I can run a single cable behind the all makes the cable mess almost nonexistent. The included wall mount is easy to install and it works well for levelling. One criticism so far is that I would expect a larger gallery selection in the included art pieces without a monthly subscription especially because the price of this TV can be quite high. Samsung owes this to its paying and loyal customers.

5 Couldn’t be happier

What an incredible tv and very happy with my purchase. I bought the 55 inch and kept the original black frame. Also purchased the art store add on. We change the art almost every single day. Picture is crystal clear, remote is great. Only two items of feedback. If we could ditch the ads on the main screen app line. Also if we could play music while the art is displayed.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
