We got this TV mainly because it made the most sense within our living room set up (above fireplace etc). The design is fantastic. I love the Samsung OneConnect box, a design feature that I'm still confused is not seen more within their other products. However, I do find some of the 'black uniformity of the screen questionable. When watching bright content, this tv is at its best. When watching darker content, that's where some of the issues seem to be present. Cloudy sections of the screen, light bleed, basically an overall 'not fully black' image when need. Granted, it's not an OLED, so you're not going to get that. However, I was hoping / expecting something close.

This TV was nothing but a hassle. First, after purchase and having installers show up discovered there is a HUGE connector that needs to be placed close to TV. They wouldn't install so our contractor figured it out but it was tough and cost a lot. When we finally had it installed we discovered that you have to PAY for any pictures beyond the ugly 22 stock photos. Don't buy. Regret purchasing it.

We bought the frame mainly as a second TV which doubles as a picture frame when not in use. This part the frame does well. However, the menu and the apps can be painful to use. Not as smooth or easy to navigate. The free Sumsung TV programming is not useful. I really like the Art part, some images are free. Unfortunately I can't import my own art pictures. I can use a memory stick and display my pictures as a slideshow. TV speakers sound aweful in a bigger room. We bought a Sumsung sound bar which improves the sound tremendously. Great bright picture, even in a bright room.

We bought the frame when we moved into our new home. We did not get the warranty. After 14 month it stopped working. We were told that they do not have ‘the box’ to replace the old box. Apparently they make a different box for every different size and year of the tv. We were told to check out if there are any available on Amazon or eBay. Not happy with Andre’s , where we bought it , no warranty no luck, even though it was a couple months past the year. Very disappointed in Samsung will never buy another product of theirs!

Bought 65” in November and had it professionally installed in December. Love it with the Sonos sound bar. We don’t do gaming so are enjoying watching movies and sports.

Love this - had it for a month. Colour is pristine, and the art function literally makes the space above our mantle feel like luxury! We also bought the teak frame which makes it feel even more like a real piece of art. Friends actually didn’t know it was a TV! A fantastic way to add to your space!

I bought this TV on Black Friday and have been blown away by it since. The display is incredible, very nice picture quality and the art looks like a painting. One thing I don’t like is the lag on the remote, makes you think it hasn’t registered and you wind up double clicking. The picture quality and the flush mount system more than make up for it though.

I have no complaints on the picture and features. But the sound from the speakers is not what expected. It was underwhelming like coming from a can. I had to buy a Soundbar to complement the tv.

We purchased it exactly 1 month ago from Best Buy Canada. After 2.5 weeks of use, wi-fi started to disconnect, first days it was once a day, and by the end of 30 days it was almost every 5 minutes. Impossible to watch any movies! We called Samsung hot line and spoke to an agent who guided us to reset some settings... Did not help. We ended up returning it to BB before our 30 day windows closes. After speaking to the the guy from technical department we found out that wi-fi misfunctioning is not a common problem for a brand new TV, so we decided to give Frame a second chance and bought the same tv again. Considering that I redesigned the whole TV wall to integrate Frame. It will be delivered on Feb 02. So we shall see. Pros: It's a piece of art, which mimics a painting. Our friends even asked us why we no longer have TV in the living room. I love the colors. Very natural, easy on the eyes, soft shades. Very smooth operation. Cons: Wi-Fi misfunction. It is very pricy device, comparing to its competitors... and we of course expect seamless work. This is disaster that it happened to a brand new TV. I suggest to buy it from the reputable retailer so you could return it in case of something like this. However, I will heavily use my new Frame and will return it immediately after any signs of issues.
