2 Samsung 55" The Frame TV

I bought this TV on August 21. On August 25, it suddenly went completely black and I could not turn it on. I had a professional IT guy look at it and he agreed it was caput. Thankfully, I bought it at Best Buy and they have a policy where you can return any TV within 30 days of purchasing it. I purchased another of the same TV and I am biding my time to see how it will do. Fortunately, I have purchased the extended 4-year warranty with the Geek Squad through Best Buy, so if something goes wrong I will be covered. Still, I think it is really poor that so many of these TVs have gone caput right at warranty time and Samsung doesn't stand behind their product. Not good Samsung.

3 Beautiful picture. Disappointing app.

I have had the frame tv for a few months and while the picture and features are very good. It has been extremely frustrating trying to use the Samsung SmartThings app with my iOS phone. It says the tv is offline when it is clearly online. I have tried to find solutions on line. None have worked. I also have the Dacor fridge and cook top with similar issues. If you buy the Frame TV do so knowing that the integration throthe app is not as promised.

5 The Frame x 2

65" The Frame bought last year for livingroom, & because so happy with it, got a 55" The Frame as my 2nd tv. Both have custom bezels ,easy to install & great idea only second to the Art & Ambiance features !

1 Beautiful TV, but mine was an expensive brick.

I purchased my 55" 2021 The Frame on July 31, 2021. None of the HDMI ports will receive a signal except the eARC port when connected to a Samsung soundbar. I was on the phone with a Samsung CSR for over an hour trouble-shooting. They remotely accessed my TV, and eventually came to the conclusion that the One Connect Box needs to be replaced, but they will not honour the manufactures warranty because the vendor (third-party seller via Amazon) is not an "authorized dealer". It's already mounted to my wall, so this is a HUGE hassle.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

5 Fantastic TV and form factor

I love the integration of the tv to our living room. Brilliant display. I was a little concerned that I wasn't buying the biggest tv or the best picture quality as reviewed by others on youtube etc --- but once installed and setup there is no question that the Frame hits the mark. Amazing picture quality, easy installation (one cable) and mounting -- and the TV looks great on and off. No regrets there. My only wish was that the gallery artwork was more reasonable in price -- while an amazing feature and educational as well -- that its monthly subscription should cost that much is a real stretch.

4 The picture 55”

Tv looks good and works as it should the only downside is the SmartThings app quit working on my iPhone 6s about a week after I bought the tv so using the art mode on my phone no longer works , making adding my own pictures option obsolete, the app keeps crashing

5 Perfect for what we needed

Just bought this a couple of weeks ago and have no issues from installation to maximizing the capabilities of the 75" Frame TV. not one thing negative to say.

1 HDMI 2.1 broken, no warranty

DO NOT BUY THIS TV!! I just purchased a 2021 The Frame and the HDMI 2.1 is not compatible with next gen consoles. Samsung support told me I would have to lower the resolution or the refresh rate, making it a poor choice for gaming. I was also informed that I could not return it because it was past 15 days of purchase (which was due to delivery). I was also told it was not covered by the warranty because the warranty only covers the TV, not the Connect Box. Also, the TV does a very poor job of imitating natural light in Art Mode. The subscription price for Art Mode is completely ridiculous and should obviously be free, it's just a bunch of photos. In conclusion: 1. No proper connection to next gen consoles 2. They use warranty loopholes 3. Art mode does not imitate natural light as advertised 4. Art mode price is a complete rip off I would absolutely not recommend this TV.
