1 Was enjoying it - beware poor manufacturing qualit

Was enjoying this tv immensely for almost an entire year. A horizontal line started to permanently appear (in art mode and while watching programs). Called support, it went away, considered resolved. A few more months and it's back and not going away. Samsung support says it's not under warranty now so I'll have to hire a service to see if it can be fixed at my cost. Was run around in circles to get this non-help. For a television whose main selling point is its display aesthetics, remarkable that it starts falling apart the instant it's close to the warranty limit. Samsung Canada, my support service experience was horrible start to finish.

1 Malfunctions as soon as the warranty ends

Half the screen went black 13 months after I bought it. I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new TV instead of trying to repair it. Samsung's customer service refuses to help because the warranty only covers 12 months. Take your money elsewhere.

5 Powerful display with sleek design

I recently purchased this 2021 50" Samsung Frame tv to fit seemlessly in my bedroom as I wanted something that didn't look too bulky while still being cohesive the aesthetic of the room. The bonus of the 2021 model is that it is 40%+ thinner than the 2020 version *LS03T* which helps with a more flush look to the wall. However the con to this is the two piece mounting bracket included in the wall-mount box with this TV. Previous mounting brackets were a one piece design that allow you to level the bracket much easier and plan out where on the wall you can mount it without having to worry about the distance between the two-piece mounting bracket design in 2021's model. Needless to say, this TV is gorgeous and the One connect box allows for that seemless connectivity to your multimedia devices (PS5, Nintendo Switch, Google Chromecast). The QLED display is confidently bright even in sunlit rooms. As expected, the speakers are mediocre and would suggest a soundbar. I myself invested in a Samsung Soundbar HW-S61A and am enjoying this combination as it pairs wirelessly with no hiccups. For those looking for a powerful 4K Smart TV with all the expected apps included (Netflix, Disney+, Youtube) this TV is for you.

1 No OneConnect Extension Cable

I recently bought the 2021 Model Frame TV and realize that I need a longer OneConnect cable to "hide" my oneConnect box at the back of the room. However, I have just come to realize that there is no 15m oneConnect cable that is suitable for the 2021 Model Frame TV. I have contacted their support and they were not able to find a 15m oneConnect cable that is suitable for it neither. I think this is a huge oversight on Samsung's part where 2018/2019/2020 Frame TV all have support 15m oneConncet cable but not their latest 2021 model.

3 Poor Quality

We bought in 2019 and in less than two years the main circuit board needed replacement. After months of going back and forth with Samsung customer service they agreed to cover the cost of the parts.we had to pay over $300.00 in labour to an authorized dealer. The warranty is only one year but Samsung did make an exception. This should not happen to a TV that we paid over $3,000 !! Now our gas range needs repair. The oven no longer works. We purchased 5 Samsung appliances in 2019 for our new home. Overall we are very disappointed with the quality of Samsung products given what they cost. The dealer Teletime in Brampton was no help at all with warranty issues.

4 SoSo after 2 months

I have a challenging time watching my regular TV, the other settings such as Samsung TV and other links are front and Centre. I have to use 2 remotes and getting to the cable TV is always a challenge. My Wife is still confused and can only turn on the picture portion.

1 Terrible quality control and warranty issues

Bought this tv from Best Buy in May. Could not connect plug. Replaced twice by bestbuy and both new sets had same problem so went with a Samsung repair. They adjusted the back panel and solved the issue Then we noticed a cracking sound pretty frequently(seems like a known issue online). Raised another ticket. They eventually sent another repair to replace the back panel. The technician left and noted some noise is normal. The noises continued or got worse. Several cracking sounds per minute the whole time it is on. Samsung now says the noise is normal and refuses to do anything and I am outside the return window with Best Buy. Stuck with a crackly TV. Not impressed at all. buyer beware.
