We got the Frame as a Christmas gift. It will turn itself of in gallery mode from time to time, but what is most frustrating is, when we are watching a program, it will say that ‘we are unable to contact the service right now. Try again later". Our internet is fine. I will sign out and in and out, turn off the tv, turn it on, but nothing. I don’t get it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I bought this tv last week to use with my Xbox series X for 120Hz gaming. Apparently the firmware released in May 2021 no longer supports 120Hz on the only HDMI 2.1 port. There is a fix by updating the sub-micom to version 1227, but support refuses to do it. A Google search of “Xbox series x and Samsung frame” shows this has been a know problem for over a year!!! What a waste of $2000 and terrible customer service.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

This is the second one that I have 65 and 55 they are one of the most stylish television on the market along with the picture quality and beautiful design, they are a great addition to our family room and master bedroom.. looking forward to see what is next for the picture frame televisions…

I have owned this Frame for 2 months now! This is a great TV, works exactly as indicated.I installed a different wall mount which I found was easier and works and looks just as nice. My TV looks like a picture that is floating on the wall.. very cool! I have paired the TV with a Bose 700 sound bar and this produces good sound in the room. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a excellent TV/ product

We purchased this model a month ago and we are so pleased with our choice. Having the option of putting up a picture is a great feature as well, instead of staring at a black box.

I bought this TV because of the art feature too bad you can’t use it as the Samsung Account doesn’t allow you to change an old contact number. I regret buying will not buy or recommend Samsung.

The fact that you can’t stream music while in art mode is INSANE! Other buggy UX stuff is manageable but come on guys. Talk about a simple fix!!!!!! Otherwise, great tv

I spent an extra $800 on this tv because I loved the art aspect of the tv. I was absolutely blown away to find out that none of the art is included. You have to purchase a monthly membership to access any of the art. You would think that spending up to 40% more than a comparable television you would be able to access the art that this tv boasts about without spending more money. Pretty disgusted with Samsung!
